A Splash of Colour For an American English Wedding at Askham Hall

I am so excited to finally share Claire & Sam’s wedding day at Askham Hall.

I found my own wedding planning hard enough and I live in the UK so when I found out my Alabama bride, Claire, was doing all planning from America I was very impressed! With A bit of help from the fabulous Emma at Tebbey and co they created a day which was so far from the pastel themed days you find so often. There was colour everywhere and it was perfection!

Katie’s creations from Made in Flowers were absolute magic. The flower arch at the church was a floral masterpiece!

Like in many American Weddings Claire & Sam had a first look on the lawn of Askham Hall before the ceremony, where they then joined family and friends for photos.

After their ceremony at St Peters church they were greeted by sax player who led them and their guests through the gardens of Askham to their reception.
